Terms of use

The service. Aluza is in beta. The Visibility Duel is free and provided “as is”: live queries to third-party AI engines whose answers we don't control and which change without notice. Reports are informational analysis, not professional advice, and we never guarantee positions or results in any engine.

Fair use. There are technical limits (e.g. duels per hour) because each query has a real cost. Scraping the service, reselling reports without an agreement, or using the service to defame third parties is not permitted.

Reports. You may freely share the public link to your duel. The engine answers cited belong to their respective providers; the analysis is Aluza's. If a report about your company contains information you believe is incorrect, write to us and we'll review it.

Third-party trademarks. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, Grok and other cited brands belong to their owners; they are mentioned only as a compatibility reference. The public comparison data comes from each provider's official websites, with the verification date shown.

Liability and governing law. To the extent permitted by law, Aluza is not liable for decisions made based on the reports or for unavailability of the beta service. Spanish law; jurisdiction of the courts of the user's domicile when acting as a consumer.
