Privacy policy

Controller. Aluza (aluza.ai), a beta service operated from Spain. Contact: hola@aluza.ai.

What data we process and why. (a) The email you optionally leave when creating a Visibility Duel: to send you your report and launch news — we never share it or use it for anything else. (b) The domains you enter and the AI engines' answers: public-source information we keep to serve you the report. (c) An irreversible hash of your IP, only to limit the number of duels per hour. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Legal basis and retention. Performance of the service you request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest in analyzing public information (Art. 6.1.f). Duels and their reports are kept for a maximum of 24 months; email until you unsubscribe (one click in any message).

Processors and transfers. Infrastructure: Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database, EU-Ireland region). To generate reports we send the questions —never your email or IP— to the APIs of Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, xAI and authorized SERP providers. Your data is not used to train any model.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@aluza.ai. You may also complain to the Spanish DPA, the AEPD (aepd.es).
